Not sure if you want a Fully Automatic or Semi-Automatic AED?

Fully automatic AED’s are great for lay-rescuer settings where less involvement is preferred. The AED will instruct the rescuer to stop CPR and will analyze the hearts electrical activity, and if a defibrillator shock is necessary, will automatically deliver the appropriate electrical therapy and continue with CPR instructions – without any input from the rescuer.

A semi-automatic AED is more traditional in that the rescuer must press a button to deliver appropriate electrical therapy.
